Final shopping and collection dates
  • Last day to shop in-store: Monday 30 November 2026.
  • Last online orders for Sydney CBD collection: Sunday 22 November 2026 at 11:59 pm.
  • Final Click & Collect pick up: Wednesday 25 November 2026 at 5 pm.
All times are Sydney local time. Please collect your online order by the final collection deadline. Any online orders not collected by 5 pm on 25 November 2026 will be refunded.

Sydney CBD Store Closure: Markdown Terms & Conditions

Applicable purchases

These terms apply to marked-down products purchased at Lotte Duty Free’s Sydney CBD store, or online for collection at that store, from 23 October to 30 November 2026 inclusive, subject to the online ordering deadline below.
A marked-down product is an item identified as reduced from its usual selling price at the time of purchase. These terms cover markdowns already available and further markdowns introduced during this period. Individual offers may have different start and end dates.
Full-price purchases remain subject to our standard returns policy.

Change-of-mind returns

Please choose carefully. We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit for change of mind on marked-down purchases covered by these terms.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
These rights apply to marked-down products and continue after the Sydney CBD store closes.

Prices and availability

Markdowns vary by product and may change during the closure period. Offers are available on selected products while stocks last. Not all products or brands are included, and online and in-store offers may differ.
Further reductions may be introduced. We do not offer retrospective price adjustments solely because an item is subsequently reduced further. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Final shopping and collection dates

Final online orders for Sydney CBD collection: 11:59 pm on Sunday 22 November 2026.
Final Click & Collect pickup: 5 pm on Wednesday 25 November 2026.
Final in-store trading day: Monday 30 November 2026.
All times are Sydney local time. Please collect your order by the final collection deadline. If you cannot collect your order by this time, contact our Customer Service team.
